MIMIX — Agentic Workflows
Multi-agent orchestration. Full-platform awareness.
The intelligence and automation layer that turns your entire platform into a coordinated workforce.
MIMIX is the intelligence and automation layer of aOS 25. It is a multi-agent orchestration system that coordinates specialized AI agents across the entire platform — with full read/write access to NEXUS, real-time control over IRIS, and continuous analysis of AXON signals.
MIMIX does not run scripts. It deploys agents — purpose-built, context-aware processes that can query data, take action, generate content, reconfigure dashboards, and escalate to humans, all within a single coordinated workflow.
Without MIMIX, automation is disconnected scripts. With it, every workflow operates as part of one coordinated system.
“Every handoff. Every time. By hand.”
Your team does the same work every day. None of it requires a human.
The average business runs dozens of repetitive workflows — lead intake, follow-up scheduling, billing updates, report generation, outreach sequences. Each one involves the same steps, the same tools, and the same manual handoffs between systems that don’t talk to each other.
Most automation tools solve one step at a time. A Zapier integration moves data between two systems. A chatbot handles one conversation. A scheduled report runs once a day. But the orchestration layer — the intelligence that coordinates all of these actions into a single, context-aware workflow — doesn’t exist.
The result is a patchwork of disconnected automations, each requiring its own configuration, its own maintenance, and its own human supervision. When one breaks, nobody knows until a customer complains or a record goes missing.
MIMIX builds that layer.
Core Capabilities
What MIMIX does — and how it does it.
MIMIX is not a single automation tool — it is six interconnected orchestration capabilities that together form the intelligence and automation layer for the entire platform. Each capability solves a specific class of workflow problem that businesses encounter when their automation is fragmented.
Multi-Agent Orchestration
Specialized agents. Parallel execution. One coordinated workflow.
MIMIX deploys multiple specialized agents in parallel, each responsible for a distinct part of the workflow. An orchestration agent manages the overall sequence, while data agents, communication agents, display agents, and analysis agents handle their respective domains simultaneously.
Dependencies between agents are managed automatically. If one agent needs the output of another before proceeding, MIMIX handles the sequencing. If an agent fails, fallback logic activates — retry, reroute, or escalate to a human operator.
The result is not a linear automation chain. It is a directed graph of concurrent operations, coordinated in real time, with full state persistence and audit trailing.
Parallel agent execution with automatic dependency resolution
Fallback logic with retry, reroute, and human escalation paths
Full state persistence across workflow steps
Directed acyclic graph execution model with real-time coordination
Full-Platform Data Access
Every record. Every system. One unified context window.
MIMIX agents operate with full read/write access to the NEXUS data fabric. This means every agent in every workflow has access to the same unified view of the business — contacts, billing records, scheduling data, marketing history, and every other data source connected to the platform.
Agents do not query individual systems. They query NEXUS, which returns a unified, conflict-resolved, real-time view of the record. When an agent writes data, that write propagates to every connected system automatically.
Unified context window via NEXUS data fabric for all agents
Full read/write access across every connected business system
Conflict-resolved, real-time data views for agent decision-making
Cross-system writes propagated automatically through NEXUS sync layer
IRIS Remote Manipulation
Reconfigure what users see — without touching the frontend.
MIMIX agents can issue commands directly to IRIS, the visualization engine. This means workflows can dynamically reconfigure dashboards, inject content into live interfaces, deploy A/B test variants, and update display surfaces in real time — all without any frontend code changes.
When a workflow determines that a user should see different information, a different layout, or a new content block, the display agent sends the configuration to IRIS. The change takes effect immediately across all connected surfaces.
Real-time dashboard reconfiguration via display agent commands
A/B variant deployment without frontend code changes
Dynamic content injection into live IRIS surfaces
Full programmatic control over layout, content, and design tokens
Workflow Automation
Trigger-based. Conditional. With human gates when it matters.
MIMIX workflows activate on triggers — a new record in NEXUS, a signal from AXON, a scheduled time, or a manual request. Once activated, the workflow follows a defined path with conditional branching, parallel execution, and built-in gates for human approval when the stakes require it.
Human-in-the-loop is not an afterthought. MIMIX supports explicit approval gates where a workflow pauses, surfaces the relevant context to a human operator, waits for a decision, and then resumes. The operator sees exactly what the agents have done and what they intend to do next.
Event-driven triggers from NEXUS, AXON, schedule, or manual activation
Conditional branching with multi-path workflow logic
Human-in-the-loop approval gates with full context surfacing
Workflow pause, resume, and rollback capabilities
Intelligent Content Generation
Contextually grounded. Not generic templates.
MIMIX communication agents generate content that is grounded in the full context of the business data. Outreach emails reference actual records. Follow-up messages account for the full history of the relationship. Reports include real numbers from real systems, not placeholders.
This is not template-based email automation. It is contextual content generation where the agent queries the relevant data, understands the situation, and produces communication that reflects the specific circumstances of each case.
Context-grounded outreach emails referencing actual business records
Automated report generation with real-time data from NEXUS
Follow-up sequences that account for full relationship history
Notification and alert content tailored to recipient and situation
Agentic Intelligence & Decision Support
Anomaly detection. Opportunity identification. Root cause analysis.
MIMIX analysis agents continuously process signals from AXON to detect anomalies, identify opportunities, and perform root cause analysis. When a pattern emerges — a drop in conversion, an unusual billing spike, an operational bottleneck — the analysis agent surfaces it with context and recommendations.
These are not static alerts. The analysis agent explains what it found, why it matters, what likely caused it, and what actions are available. If configured, it can take corrective action automatically or route the finding to a human for review.

In Operation
What changes when agents handle the work.
When MIMIX is running, the business stops experiencing workflows as manual effort. Agents activate on triggers, query the data they need, take action across systems, log every step, and follow up autonomously. Humans supervise. The system executes.

Zero manual handoffs
Every step in the workflow executes automatically, with no human intervention required between stages.
Full-context decisions
Agents operate with the complete unified data view from NEXUS — not partial snapshots or stale records.
Accountable automation
Every agent action is logged with full context — what it did, why, and what data it used to decide.
Human-in-the-loop
When stakes are high, workflows pause for human approval with full context surfaced for the decision.
Cross-system coordination
A single workflow can read from CRM, write to billing, update a dashboard, and send an email — simultaneously.
Continuous adaptation
Workflows adjust based on real-time AXON signals — changing behavior as conditions change, without reconfiguration.
Agent Architecture
Six agent types. One coordinated system.
MIMIX does not run a single monolithic automation process. It deploys specialized agents — each purpose-built for a specific class of operation — and coordinates them through a central orchestration layer that manages dependencies, state, and fallback logic.
Every agent type operates with full awareness of the others. The orchestration agent knows what the data agent is querying. The communication agent knows what the analysis agent has found. The escalation agent knows the full context of the workflow it is pausing for human review.
| Agent Type | Role | What It Does |
